Banquet Server

Job Description

  • We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The On Call Banquet Server has direct involvement with guests and excellent communication skills are required including fluency in English. By nature of this position, the On Call Banquet Server position requires a high level of physical mobility. The ability to continuously stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 40lbs is required.
  • A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task are essential! This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Applicants MUST have a valid TAM card and Health Card.

Job Description

The Banquet Captain is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. For any style of service, our Banquets department is involved from planning, set-up and execution to the breakdown of the room so it can happen again the next day – or even the next hour.

Works directly with the Banquet Coordinator and Sales Director to execute day of event.
